Had a problem with my Mitsubishi ASX on Saturday 22/3/25 with several faults coming up on the diagnostics. John and Mike resolved the issue within 15 minutes and I was quickly on my way. A very reasonable charge for the work which I was more than happy to pay. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Purchase a Ford focus 5 month ago from Sam, broke down on way home 10 miles away (said to be fuel problem) I was recovered by James and a driver with in 20 minutes and gave a courtesy car on trade plates and took car to be repaired got car couple days later sadly the rear seats were not properly fitted back down were lose and could not access the icerfix, I rang James nothing was a problem he came and picked car up and left his own car as a courtesy car for the day they also replaced a track rod end that was a advisory on MO... read more
Just had my sons car in BCA for some serious work doing, timing belt, water pump and clutch. At very short notice they managed to fit us in, kept us informed throughout the process, and the vehicle was back quickly. All in all, a highly professional & friendly service at very competitive rates. Many thanks to Chris, Steve, James and John for going that extra mile to help us. GREAT FIND and we'll be back.
Just had my car serviced here and what can I say great service Steve in service looked after me kept me informed and made every step so simple and painless.
Went here on Saturday looking for a car as mine had to be scrapped. James was extremely helpful and understood my situation. I had my new car 4 days later. James was very patient and playful with my 2 year old son and Sam was lovely too. Would recommend these guys if you want good honest local service and advice. Thanks so much
