Got a car from here a few months ago which broke down. Border city autos couldn’t have helped anymore, they recovered, fixed and returned it all within 24 hours. Amazing service thank you so so much☺️
Don't bother with them. My Mrs has been waiting nearly a year for a V5. We needed this in March to re-tax the car. ( she was told it would come with a years tax ). Imagine our suprise when we couldn't tax it. The car has a bent crash bar and bent radiator. But still passed their internal MOT? Mmm strange. Cars been in and out of the garage more times than the men who serviced bonnie blue. Ombudsman has now been emailed, as how this company still operates is beyond me. Go elsewhere. WRC in carlisle are brilliant.
