Spoke with a staff member on the phone today. Absolutely no idea about customer service whatsoever. They do not want any more business and are completely booked out 2 weeks into the future. Very reluctant to take a booking for a simple oil change. When asked for a rough idea of the cost, very reluctant to give a quote or price, saying “it just depends on how long it takes, I can’t give an idea”. So you get a mystery service! Great staff and very professional, had my car looked at and am waiting on a quote for repairs. Very knowledgeable mechanic and will be able to identify problems quickly. Strongly recommend to anyone with a euro car.

Genuinely great service! Exactly how a professional workshop should be run! Polite, friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently unlike a few main dealers in the area who could take some lessons from these guys! If you've got a German car, go to BM in Albury!
