2 years in a row, my daughter and son have ordered bouquets for my birthday to be delivered at my workplace and 2 years in a row nothing arrived! Both of them spent over $100 and I received nothing. Not impressed!!! I would not recommend this business!!!
Is border blooms still active? I ordered flowers on feb ,5 th received the confirmation the money was taken out of the bank but no delivery was made? Called there for three days no answer left messages , left text messages no response at all? Drove to her house on Friday no one answered the door. And now Sunday night still no response or money returned that’s $90.00 I won’t see again it looks like ? Nothing really for funerals. I wasn't looking for a bouquet to go in a vase....... too bad this is all there is for Fort Frances. I have relatives and I can't always go to each funeral but I like to send flowers.......
Very disappointed. Had placed a delivery order for a retirement celebration only to find out from a 2nd party that they weren’t delivered. Hadn’t received any notification. Had to call back only to find out they had cancelled the order due to a shortage of a specific flower in the arrangement. No email or phone call to discuss a different arrangement..just cancelled with no notification.
