Not recommended. Had problems with tires that were replaced there. Brought it back and they charged me more money and it still wasn't fixed. Called about the third time for there being the same issue and pretty sure that I would have been charged again. Decided to take the bike to another bike shop and had them fix it right. Response to comment below: If the work had been done properly the first 2 times that I paid for it, there wouldn't have been a need to take it somewhere else to get it done right. So excited to find a great bike shop in the NE! Stopped in to get new tires and a tune up. Adrian was really personable and helpful. Had my bike ready the next morning!
So glad we found Border Bicycle! Adrian has been such great help with upgrades and maintenance on our son’s bike! We came to him looking for an upgraded part, he helped us pick what was right for our son’s bike, and then he ordered the part. He let us know when the part came in and made space the next day for us to bring the bike in put the part on! We will never go anywhere else for work on our bikes! A welcoming, friendly, and helpful owner. Nothing better!!!
Border Bicycle is AMAZING in inventory, prices and most importantly, customer service!!! A must if you’re in the market for a new bike for you and/or your family! The owner takes the time personally to help you and answer any questions you have. Have already been back to Border Bicycle several times as I prepare for my first triathlon. So glad he’s in the NE off of Transmountain!
