I give zero stars since they updated their system…. And made it worse………. I left several messages and nobody calls me or leaves a message for me in my account………. They say I can order checks on their website but when doing so it’s an invalid address………… When looking up a written check on when it was written out, there is no picture of the check…………. And no big deal, but they are not open on weekends… With all of this adding up, I’ve been with him for many many years. I’ll be looking for a new bank.
Very kind and helpful. Staff are much nicer than other banks I have been to.
