What a business! Called in yesterday and asked Jamie to check some ‘out of balance thumping’ from my Toyota Avalon. His expertise spotted the culprit tyres immediately. Then organised Pedders to do an alignment after ordering new Kumos which will be fitted tomorrow. Enter Graeme, who casts his eye over the process to ensure everything is right. Border Bandag have always provided exceptional service and straightforward advice when I have had issues with tyres etc. since moving to Albury. There mindset is always one of looking for a solution and a way of sorting out issues, as opposed to just saying "no" we cannot help you. Graeme and Jamie, and the rest of the team have a lifetime of experience, they are happy to share and utilise this experience to find the right solution and they always do so with a smile and a laugh.
