Had an unpleasant encounter with one of the highland 18-wheeler truck drivers. He was merging onto the 45 and I was already on the 45 driving the speed limit. However he proceeded instead to slow down which I was in front of him.. To blow his horn to force me to move into another Lane as that that lane was merging instead of slowing his 18-wheeler down as he approached an oncoming traffic with the vehicle moving the appropriate speed.. usdot 082004
