The gate situation is ridiculous. Residents can't seem to be able to have the gate code nor a gate opener.
🪳Roaches everywhere!! The grounds crawls at night, it looks like that scene from MIB. I dare you to walk around this place at night with a flashlight 🤢 Broken gates and pool/hot tub. Most units have acs from the mid 80's that can't cool the units in the summer. Parking lots flood into some unit's attached garages when it rains. Stay away! Biggest Karen in the world lives here...
