I was disappointed in how long it took to have gutters installed. It was well over a month from when the deposit was paid until the work was completed. Communication stopped completely for at least a week and half when I tried to get in touch with 3 different people from the company. They wouldn't return my emails or calls. A 50% deposit was required before work started (which is never a good thing to agree to when hiring a contractor) and we worried we may never see that money again when communication stopped. Absolutely terrible company. I have so much to say but Google doesn't give enough space. I left my full review on Yelp, FB, Porch, Houzz and the BBB if you are considering this company PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THAT FIRST. The review is nice considering how badly this company performed. In a nutshell, the owner is rude, the workers have no idea what they are doing, they are slower than molasses, and I'm sure I could have done the entire post-hurricane renovation myself and it be finished quicker, cheaper and in better qualit... read more
The recent work done by this company was disappointing. The way they described themselves on their website is nowhere near the kind of workmanship and professionalism we got. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I won't even rate them with one star because of the services provided and the lousy job they did, but that's the only way this review can be posted.
