I am building a house in Ivy Ridge. I recently completed my electrical walkthrough, and everything was in great shape. The house was neat, swept, and well picked up, which really showed the builder’s attention to detail and professionalism. Communication throughout the project has been excellent. Kim has been outstanding—always responsive, clear, and helpful every step of the way. It’s made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed . So far, I’m very happy with the progress and the level of care being put into my home.

Lack of accountability and communication are the main reasons for the 3 stars. Also, our basement flooded 4 months after our home was completed because the sump pump failed and we lost so many photos and heirlooms…

Update years later: Although the building process was not ideal, the house was great. All warranty work was handled well and Kim was extremely responsive. Side Note: My parents have had 2 Bordeau homes and have been treated very well. Absolutely ruined what should have been an amazing experience for my family. Horrible to work with, no communication at all, many issues with brand new home, absolutely no accountability for any problems. As a Commercial Land Developer one of my strongest attributes is having an eye for Detail. Bordeau Buiders is a High Caliber Custom home builder who has the same trained eye for details. They Set the bar for quality buiding & craftsmanship. Gary Bordeau takes pride in every home he builds. Buying or selling his son Joe Bordeau is the hardest working real estate agent in the business with the results to prove it

Building a home during the pandemic was not a walk in the park. Completion took a little longer than expected due to a back logged supply chain, however, no attention to detail or quality was spared. We are still in awe as the finished product has far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Gary B., Nick B., Kim, Jamie M. and the rest of your team for your guidance and for doing everything possible to build our beautiful home during this crazy and unprecedented time. Highly recommended!
