I have call Borchert 8 times in the last 2 weeks and left messages for them to call me back BECAUSE Borchert has NOT finished fence work that we had paid for last year. The work remaining is one bottom security cable onto the fence that they installed last October. NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK. This is NOT like my previous business with them correspondence. Phil from Borchert Fence was very nice (when he would return my calls...) I (finally) got an estimate after several calls, had to call several times to get the estimate in writing, and finally got a written copy. I gave them the approval to fix; then...nothing. I was told Phil was "out on calls," Phil was "out with a migrane," "we are short-handed," ect., but they never did the repair they gave me an estimate for (it's been 6+ weeks since the written estimate.)
