Work performed is adequate, however, Poor history of customer responsiveness. The service department does not return phone calls. GM does not respond

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My problem turned out to be minor and was taken care of quickly and professionally. The wait was shorter than anticipated. 5 stars for everyone I dealt with.
Case was very informative and kept me updated. Great waiting room lots of snacks and lattes
