Good service but my only complaint is they never offer to wash my car with my service but I've heard other ppl say they were offered
If I could chose negative stars I would, we scheduled service on our new GMC Yukon which has a problem with the air suspension, this was the second time for the problem in a short amount of time (2 days). The first dealer did not fix the problem, so we decided to bring it to Borcherding who has better reviews(thinking they pay for these 5 star reviews now). This is my wife's car and she's a busy person and doesn't have time to wait 4-5 hours or more while the service people diagnose this issue the first dealer couldn't fix. ... read more
When I purchased my Acadia, It came with a lifetime warranty for the drive train. Now, after years of getting my car serviced by this dealership, I am told the years ago, the dealership was sold and the warranty is no longer being honored. I don't care about the rationale. I know that my car was sold with this warranty and believe this is a breach of my agreement. Good service, pleasant people
The place was under staffed. The people who make appointments. They don't communicate with the service center staff . I scheduled an appointment. When i arrived. They didn't know about my appointment . Even though i got a call, text and email for me to confirm the date. Which I did. They was so over booked and under staffed. It took 1 1/2 month to even get in. I purchased 3 service appointments, when i bought the truck. I will not likely use.
