This review is for the manager who was extremely rude and tried to embarrass me when his staff made a mistake with my payment. This guy is rude, and unhinged with no people skills. The rest of the staff is very kind and always greets me when we come in for classes. Children's classes are okay we attend a few throughout the week some teachers are great others .... I have zero clue why they are working around children if they don't have patience.
We have taken various classes here for the last 2 years. Some of the staff are wonderful. I don't find the management pleasant, patient or kind and I don't find this place to be accommodating to children's needs.
It is a well run community park with a lot of activities, amenities and programs for all ages. The skateboard area will expand to accommodate 140 soon.
Unfortunately all it takes is one poor experience to completely ruin a place for you and although I've loved this place the staff here is not trained well, has no idea how handle situations with young children, did not follow the protocol they stated that they enforce when situations occur and then continued to show no remorse for how they handled said situation. Negligence. I do not trust them with my child and would not recommend sending your children there from my personal experiences.
