I am so thankful for the care provided by boram. This was a lifesaver for me when I was going through the newborn stages. My main newborn care specialist was Shania and she is fantastic!! I completely trusted her so I could get a full night of rest. She treated my son like her own and I could not be happier with the care she provided. Shernat also cared for my son and she was amazing as well. She was knowledgeable and provided overnight sleeping tips. I would recommend boram care to anyone who is in need.
I was incredibly disappointed. There's a lot I could say, but I'll keep it to a few key points: 1. They're a staffing agency. Boram doesn't employ their NCSs directly and does little to vet or maintain the quality of the caregivers they place. We had to change NCSs three separate times. 2. They're expensive relative to market standard, and they charge additional fees that feel unfair — for example, transportation fees for the NCS. 3. Their staffing pool is limited. If you want poor quality newborn care at a high price then Boram is the agency for you. My husband and I hired newborn care specialists (NCS) through this company and we were shocked at the quality of care we received. First NCS showed up an hour late on her first day and did not stay longer to make up for it. She bundled up our baby in a winter blanket and gave our baby a heat rash all over his face and body. We had an incredible experience with Boram Healthcare during the newborn stage. As first-time parents, having a knowledgeable, compassionate night nurse made all the difference in those early weeks! Boram was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The quality of their caregivers exceeded our expectations, and the support they provided was truly invaluable during such a special and exhausting time. I would highly recommend Boram Healthcare to any family welcoming a new baby!
We used Leotta as our night nurse. She was wonderful and we would highly recommend her! We are first time parents and trusted her whole heartedly! She taught us everything was there to know and also helped with pumping and lactation. She cared for our son with love and compassion and helped us feel safe leaving him in her care overnight.
