The moment our doula (Joy) walked through the day on day 2 of being home as a first time mom, my husband and I felt so relieved! The entire team at Boram was absolutely incredible and so understanding. We had a NCS for 5 nights which was also a lifesaver in those early weeks! Highly recommend Boram! Thank you again!!
Boram At Home was incredible. Our night nurse, Emprise was fantastic. She made our transition into parenthood feel so seamless and so much less stressful. Her calm presence and expertise gave us the confidence (& rest!) we desperately needed in that first month. We truly don't know how we would have gotten through it without her. Here's our honest review of Boram. We had two ladies - one is fantastic, the other has caused us tremendous trauma. We had Andrea for two visits as overnight newborn care specialist. Andrea’s professional negligence, failure to adhere to our formula brand instructions and basic standards of infant care has caused physical distress of our four-day-old infant and the emotional trauma for us as new parents. I waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t still under the influence of postpartum hormones. I wanted to be fair, balanced, and truly reflective of my experience. We stayed for roughly three weeks, which gave me enough time to see the overall consistency, and inconsistency across different shifts. When looking into assistance during my postpartum period, I found the Boram company. They were amazing and just what I needed. I worked with Susan as the newborn care specialist and Avalon as my postpartum doula. I was able to meet them via video conference prior to having them come into my home.
