The best office ever. Would definitely recommend.
Arrived to my appointment on time. Check in process very smooth and just a small amount of paperwork to complete. Was called to go back for vitals within five minutes. Process was completed and medication reviewed. Saw Dr. Borak just a few minutes later. Very polite and attentive to my needs and concerns.
