Why cant the Hillarys branch notify us that the branch is going to be closed before xmas and open again on the 2nd January. I drove down from Lancelin on the 28th December to find that the branch is closed NOT VERY HAPPY JAN
Have tried calling atleast 5 times a day at different times over the past week and have not had anyone answer the phone once, I am currently immobolised due to an injury at work and need to get ahold of my bank who refuse to answer the phone.
BOQ is not a business bank, everyone change banks because they charge for depositing pre bagged coins. How can a bank charge for counting pre counted coins? Next they will charge you for lining up.
