My husband & myself had our eye exams done there. My husbands very expensive glasses never helped him see. We've both had our exams done elsewhere & both scripts were wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to Rogers & see dr sines at the other clinic. Very disappointed in a pair of very expensive glasses that won't be used in husbands future.
I was endlessly harassed by their billing department for a bill I paid 9 months ago. Twice I called and spoke with the team, verifying that yes- my bill was already paid, and they would fix it internally, and twice they came back a couple months later demanding payment again. Now I’m getting notes from a debt collector, all for a $75 bill that was paid in full on the day of my appointment.
