Appointment was at 2:50. The Dr. Didn't come in to see us till 3:40. There WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE WHY WE WERE WAITING SOOO LONG. I HAD TO GO OUT FRONT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS!! I WAS TOLD SHE HAD TO FIT SOMEONE IN. I'M SORRY WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT!! NOT, MY PROBLEM!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!!!
I have received above and beyond care. They have followed up consistently to ensure I am taken care of. I rarely leave reviews, but felt they deserved one.
This was my first eye exam in 5 years and totally unlike my last eye exam in Austin TX. I was leery to have another eye exam because at my last exam (Dell Laser) I was sold overly priced vitamins (about 150.00) and very expensive eye drops (200.00) that were later recalled. We never got our money back. They also suggested I have cataract surgery. At Boozeman-Hof Bella Vista we saw Mary Sullivan OD who was very pleasant to talk with. My husband & myself had our eye exams done there. My husbands very expensive glasses never helped him see. We've both had our exams done elsewhere & both scripts were wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to Rogers & see dr sines at the other clinic. Very disappointed in a pair of very expensive glasses that won't be used in husbands future.
