Do not let Booz plumbing near your house. They are inexperienced, and will damage your home as they did mine plus they over charge and do not know what they are doing. Do not use them you will regret it. Trust me it will be a big mistake.
I called Booze plumbing after the first company failed to fixed my basement drainage back up issue. The tech who worked on the issue was very knowledgeable. He snake the pipe up 40 ft couple times and pour buckets of water to test that the issue is clearly solved. He cleanup the area thoroughly. Also the cost is a lot of cheaper. The only issue that I didn’t use them from the beginning because it took a few days for them to call me back.
Stay Away! Bad Plumbing! and customer service a joke, Don't waste your time and money!
Honest and good hearted, skilled people. Treats you straight up, and won't sell you stuff you don't need and will steer you in the right direction. I wasted time at Home Depot and bought the wrong stuff, and John sold me the right part and even gave instructions.
