Local, family run company. Wyatt was very friendly & knowledgeable. Kim was very efficient & detailed with scheduling. Our toilet was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
I was very impressed with their knowledge. I was very happy with how efficient they were very nice people I will highly recommend them for anybody looking for a plumber that is so knowledgeable. They even sent me a thank you card for using them that is so nice of them you don't hear people doing things like that anymore I will be highly recommending them thank you bootz plumbing,
Need to tighten up on scheduling. Can't stand being held hostage to a service window to begin with. After confirming an appt the night before - they still didn't show up, call, or return my call or text. It's been nothing more than a waste of time for both parties. Ridiculous!!!
