Took the class is Airdrie, AB. FANTASTIC instructor; Lynette made the class so much fun. I honestly didn’t expect to be sore the next day, but my muscles ached for daaaayyysss. Not only a great workout, but a fantastic group of women. Would recommend to anyone!

BooTy® is a workout that works in. I feel so empowered and connected to self. Words can not explain the unique experience BooTy® gives you, it has to be felt. When you go to a class then and only then you will understand. The music is loud, the lights are dim and there is no judgement. Stop making excuses and go to a class you wont regret it!

This class has literally been life changing for me. I know it sounds cliche but it really has been a transforming into true self journey. It has allowed me to feel free, help me get my confidence back, learn self love and heal. Not to mention has played a huge role in my fitness levels goals. The music, the moves — the sweat pours down my face and I have the biggest smile. I love BooTy®️!

I recently decided to try out BooTy with all of the amazing reviews. It was so much more than I would have ever expected. There is no judgment or expectations. Suffering from anxiety and depression for a long time I had built a safety wall around my life. I was finally able to feel like a strong woman and mother again!!! Thank you BooTy!!

BooTy®️ is a great workout without even realizing it because you’re just too busy rockin’ out and feeling good with the incredible music and movement! I love that this is a class where I can easily modify the movements to suit different life stages and still come out feeling amazing. It really is for every woman!
