I ordered a pair of boots Tuesday online and they were here Friday(from Texas to Pittsburgh). They're exactly as advertised, and fit even better than I expected. I've never ordered a pair of boots/shoes online before and was nervous for no reason. When they say 'true fit' it is indeed a true fit. I wear a 10.5 wide. OUTSTANDING customer service! Ordered a pair of boots online for our son. Ended up needing a wide. Gregory gave no problems with me mailing them back and exchanging them. We ended up ordering a 2nd pair. When 2nd pair arrived, whomever ended up putting a free pair of boot socks in with the boots! Both of our boy's work outside and are on their feet all day.
