We have had Boots on the Ground do a variety of tasks on our property. They rebuilt our upper deck, lower deck, stairs to the lower portion of our backyard, and stairs on the side of the house. They have removed trees, trimmed trees, and power washed and sealed our decks. They are very professional, made excellent suggestions if we were uncertain about design specifics, used quality products, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I had my roof on my home done by this company and I dealt with Robert Turner. I now have leaks in my kitchen after the new roof was placed, I have given grace and the opportunity to rectify the issue, I still have the leaking!! I have attempted to contact Mr Turner with no response to voicemail or text messages. I had to call from a number not known by him to get him on the phone, he promised to come out and hasn't. He holds the warranty for my new roof which is barely two years old at this point and should not be leaking!!!... read more
Elgin and the crew at Boots on the Ground Construction, did a great job replacing our gutters. They got back in a timely manner with a fair estimate and were prompt in getting the work scheduled and finished. I would recommend them for future work.
