My husband and I took my father there today. Lance, the owner was very happy to see him again and greeted him with a big hug. He was fitted with a nice pair of boots and left wearing them! Amazing personal customer service that's rare these days. It was great visiting with Lance and his son. Lacey (sweetest man's best friend) took his old boots in a bag to the car. This was definitely the icing on the cake. Happy 98th Birthday Dad!
