The staff here are fantastic—they make sure you leave with exactly what you need and are happy with your purchase. I returned to check if my boots were the right size, and they suggested thicker socks, even giving me a pair for free! They also shared helpful tips on preventing blisters while breaking them in and encouraged me to reach out if I had any issues after purchasing. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly above and beyond, with a personalised approach for every customer. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I had nothing but issues with this guy Stuart. They are quick to take your money but will lie straight to your face when you have any issues with product. Just go elsewhere. These guys are more hassle then their worth and expect the customer to wear the cost of faulty products. Should be reported quite honestly....
I have been buying at Boots and also picking Stu and Sky's brain for a few years now and have always found them super helpful. The store is well stocked and if anything I need is not available they quickly get it in. Highly recommended!
