Pharmacist was the most rude and unhelpful I have ever come across. She clearly wasn’t happy as I stopped her from reading her book, then when I wanted some advice, not one smile or nice word from her. Very rude and very grumpy and when I asked what she thought I should do she just said ‘up to you’ - yeah thanks for that but I was asking your advice. Horrible place, will not return.

I booked in for a travel vaccine at 17:15 on the website a few days in advance. I got a call from the pharmacist at 15:30 on the day after I'd already travelled into London to tell me she would be closing at 17:00 so my appointment was cancelled. I asked her if she could fit me in earlier, after all it was a simple vaccine I needed that would take no time to administer. She got irritable with me and told me it would take 45 minutes. Because of the terribly arrogant and rude staff member at the counter (who appeared to be of Indian descent), I’m left with a disgusting memory of London. I don't think I'll be going back to Boots again. How dare they throw the receipt at a customer!"
