Great spot to hike around Oak Creek. Lots of spots to dip your toes in, nice deeper area to swim too.
Super pretty spot. The creek has a good mix of swimming holes and shallow spots for kids. The only downside is that parking is horrible (par for the course in oak creek canyon) and the trail down to the creek is a bit steep. It is certainly manageable if you are willing to carry your young children (we took our 1yo and 3yo down there with no issues), but it is definitely NOT stroller friendly.
Not too hard to access the creek. Didn't see any fish in mid May. You need to purchase a pass to park.
