I just got home from what should have been a simple mirror replacement. On two separate phone calls prior to today, I was quoted $606. Never once did they specify that this did not include labour. Extra $115. I was also informed they had ordered the wrong frame, despite having my car details on file, and a photo of the mirror in question. Last year, I showed up with my Tarago for a service needing a new wiper for the front windscreen. The service team spent quite a bit of time trying to hunt down a replacement for my car, but couldn't get a part.
