I just got home from what should have been a simple mirror replacement. On two separate phone calls prior to today, I was quoted $606. Never once did they specify that this did not include labour. Extra $115. I was also informed they had ordered the wrong frame, despite having my car details on file, and a photo of the mirror in question. This was quickly amended to "the paint job still needs to be done" but the words "the wrong colour was ordered" were definitely said first.
