Polite, helpful staff and a clean car with the service
I can confidently say this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My experience with Mitsubishi Auto Sales and Services has been nothing short of an ongoing nightmare for the entire 2 years I have owned this car. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have been dealing with the exact same unresolved issue over and over again. I had a very disappointing experience at the Tuggerah Mitsubishi dealership when I was considering purchasing an Outlander PHEV. As someone who had very little knowledge about the vehicle, I booked a test drive expecting to learn more and get a feel for the car. However, I was surprised when the salesperson was not interested to offer a test drive unless I was willing to commit to the purchase and pay a $2,000 deposit upfront.
