At the end of the financial year, I attempted to purchase a new car for my company. I arrived at around 3:30 PM and was assisted by a very helpful and patient saleswoman. We began the payment process, but due to poor internet coverage, I had to briefly step outside to complete it. I recently booked our car in for a service on Monday. (5/5/2025) When I received it back after the service, the lady at the desk gave me the wrong keys. Luckily I pointed that out and brushed it off at first by stating that it was “a busy day”.
