Terrible after purchase service. Still awaiting an email from Andrew from early December. Sold me an overpriced dash cam that the company doesn’t even exist. Unable to retrieve footage off it. Completely useless dash cam fitted in my brand new car.
Recently purchased a new car through Hyuandi and had the pleasure of dealing with Callum! He went absolutely above and beyond chasing things up and organising things. Even after payment was made he was exceptional with any queries I had and if he didn't know the answer took his time to go find out. If your after a new car 100% Callum is your man!
I refer to my recent purchase of a New Hyundai I30 Premium Sedan from Central Auto Group at Tuggerah.Apart from my initial dealing with Matt of which was a great experience.I have nothing but praise for the service bestowed on me. Please ,young purchase buyers beware of the finance department. Dealt with Ashleigh unable to leave messages for follow ups, no follow ups at all, no clear breakdown only available via sms late at night very unprofessional, not sending invoices with break down prior to sending sales contract very inconsistent messages, my youngest had a pushy sales person Jacqueline call to add on extras after sale on the vehicle , a dash cam was agreed to over the phone then 20mins later it was decided not to not get the dash cam as not in ... read more

I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, organised a test drive, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I picked up my car, he patiently went through all the features with me and made sure everything was set up before I drove away. I really appreciated how calm, friendly, and thorough he was.
