BoothPop! was great at customer service. They found our previous order from 4 years ago and helped direct us to replacement fabric covers to update the messaging. Then when we had an issue in shipping they made suggestions on how to mitigate. Show turned out great.
A shockingly good experience. I was pretty nervous since it was a last minute order but they really came through. My order arrived a few days ahead of schedule, the graphic designer was a pleasure to work with and was happy to make my requested revisions, and the quality of everything was top notch. Will 100% use them for my future displays.
We recently worked with Mariah Garrison and The Booth Pop to purchase a large background and podium for our tradeshows, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I bought a large light box and it looks amazing. It was very easy to assemble, I’ve traveled many places with it and it is sturdy also. I’m very impressed with it. I will probably be ordering more covers for it for my different businesses. It also comes with a carrying bag that is very convenient.
They did an amazing job! Their customer service team was quick to respond and super efficient. The design team absolutely nailed it—exactly what we were looking for. They even expedited the project so I could have it in time for the trade show I was attending. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.
