Started out strong. The repair ultimately did not work for what we needed, but that wasn't their fault, I blame our crazy dog. However, I definitely felt like we overpaid. It took 2 dudes 1 hour and 15 mins and I got charged $750 for the labor portion. That's on me because I signed a contract---I guess I just expected that for that kind of money on labor that our repair was going to be a time consuming substantial job that actually fixed our issue. Customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen, never answer the phone or call you back
We had a mixed experience with this company. Some things were great but a lot of other things were not so great. After waiting four months for the installation and a lot of rescheduling, the two guys that came out did not do a good job. They didn't know how to read the map. The fence was wavy. They gave us excuses about being understaffed. They told us they had moved our installation date because they got a bigger job. They didn't use an auger even though an auger was in our contract.
