I don’t even have enough words to express how incredible our experience was with Boothbay Playhouse Events. Sara, John, Amanda, and the entire team truly knocked it out of the park for our wedding. I don't even know where to begin, because the playhouse is such an amazing place to get married. The venue is absolutely stunning, but Sarah, John, Amanda and staff are what truly make the playhouse magical. My husband and I had our wedding here back in September, and it was absolutely a dream. Even when things weren’t going to plan Sara was right there to help and always with a bright smile. She and John made our day even more special with a gift from them to us. Will always always always reccomend to anyone getting married. If you don’t even know what you’re doing trying to plan they are AMAZING and willing to help step by step.

The food and desserts were out of this world! Venue was perfect in every way from the outside ceremony to the indoor reception! Celebrated my grandson’s wedding October 18,2025, it was perfect from beginning to end !!! The venue was beautiful, the staff was amazing , food was excellent!! Jon & Sara took care of everything , no stress!!! Like I said, perfect from beginning to end !!!
