I had a great stay at Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Inn! The service was incredible, the place was clean, and the food was great. You cannot beat the location either.

The hotel and room was clean and location great as it’s right near walking bridge. No issues with the staff. Room was upgraded, bed was comfortable. The shower water temperature handle was very difficult to turn. I let the reception staff know. Also these rooms are smaller than we’re used to with the bathroom being uncomfortably small.

Loved at our stay in Room 705 at Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Inn. Room was good size and very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great interaction with the mainteance man. Highly recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Was here for three nights in September 2025. Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed here previously 4 times and had great experiences. For those of you who remember the Rocktide, this is not it. New ownership / management is terrible. No one seems to know what they’re doing. No one takes charge and is accountable to guests.
