I went here today to get a storage unit and when I arrived they had an out for lunch sign. I waited until the signed said they woukd be back in and entered the office. I waited another 10 minutes or so and 2 men came in and looked at me like I was crazy. They asked how I got in , I said the front door abd then they proceeded to say off thats not good, there's money sitting around. Had an excellent experience here! Super friendly! They offer great pricing on Units as well as have a great selection of Uhaul Rentals! Was a seamless process.
Not a bad self-storage place. Only complaint is that the rows are a little narrow. Big trucks might have some trouble.
Worst customer service experience I've had in my life. Needlessly wasted my time. Implied that I was stealing from them when I went above and beyond to protect their equipment. Giving these people your business will leave you feeling insulted.
Great facility. Very clean and secure and the people that work there are great.
