100% customer dissatisfaction! On top of being called vulgar names by the main receptionist on multiple occasions, the access to your items at the storage unit is extremely limited to say the most! Summer and winter hours change with a +/- of 2 days....& 6pm?! Come on!! Getting to your storage unit is a constant challenge riddled with employee vehicles and uhauls. If you have a trailer I highly suggest going somewhere else!!

I went here today to get a storage unit and when I arrived they had an out for lunch sign. I waited until the signed said they woukd be back in and entered the office. I waited another 10 minutes or so and 2 men came in and looked at me like I was crazy. They asked how I got in , I said the front door abd then they proceeded to say off thats not good, there's money sitting around. Had an excellent experience here! Super friendly! They offer great pricing on Units as well as have a great selection of Uhaul Rentals! Was a seamless process.
Not a bad self-storage place. Only complaint is that the rows are a little narrow. Big trucks might have some trouble.
