Very good experience, first time there! Went in with a non-working horn and knocking sounds in the front suspension. Dave was very friendly, communicative and helpful in diagnosing the horn problem and suggesting a variety of options and alternatives (my car is old, some parts are hard to come by) and ended up suggesting a solution that will be far less expensive than the OEM repair!
