Called this Company on 11/9/2021 and spoke with a woman by the name of Angie. I am doing research for a friend who has a elderly parent in need of home care equipment. She told me Booth Medical didn’t handle any home equipment which I understood and appreciated. What wasn’t appreciated was her lack of interest in any other DME company’s and the fact that she ended the call while I was in mid sentence asking her a question. Poor telephone customer service.
