When Sonsray Machinery bought Booth Machinery, I thought it was a good thing, I was wrong. Upper management is driving this company to the ground. Call me a disgruntle employee, but this place will get rid of you like yesterday‘s trash. High rate of employee turnover due to regional manager’s know it all attitude and lack of experience to lead. About 20 employees either fired or quit in a year span just in the Ag division.
