Waste of time. They have an entire page on their website advertising their services across North Wales so I enquired about installation of several Air Conditioning units in my property, to be told that they don't cover my area (in North Wales), only "the North West" (presumably of England). No further explanation offered, and when I asked why they advertise services in an area that they apparently don't cover I was ignored. False advertising and ignorant staff.
