No idea how the gym is, but they don't return phone calls. New business model, I hear.
Knowledgeable staff who are motivating and attentive. Classes are challenging and always push you to work harder.
Coach Mike came and did a nutritional lunch and learn at my work and in less than an hour he was able to provide us with a great understanding of what it takes to have individually catered nutritional plans.
If you like to work out and not feel judged, or hell if you are new to working out and want to do something for yourself, Bootcamp Academy is the place to go. The staff is super friendly and you will get a great workout in.
This gym is awesome! It has a bunch of new equipment, and I’ve never had a bad workout.
