I always come back here because the Selection, Service, and the Price Matching. It’s tempting to just order them online and just wait. When it comes to shoes it’s always better to try them on before buying. That is the best reason come here instead of shopping online. I truly appreciate how helpful and polite the sales team at this location is. I visited to redeem a boot voucher, and they were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right boots and insoles. The store was well organized and clean. Kelsyn made my experience wonderful. I will definitely come back to this location for my next work boots.

Went in today for some new shoes and insoles and Leticia helped me. She was amazing! Asked what I was looking for then gave me recommendations based on my feedback and I left with comfortable shoes with awesome support! Thank you Leticia!

Best boot world, the staff is super friendly and helpful especially Melissa, she helps me every time I go into buy my boots, remembers my size, bootstyle, the insoles, heck she even remembers I dislike moc toe and heeled boots. Wish I could give this a 6star rating. 10/10 every time I go, the only place I will go to buy work boots.
