I like this place. Quick, efficient service by a knowledgeable person. I like my new boots
Every boot world I've been to is great. But this one in El cajon is my favorite. Super nice people who work there.
Typical store with no incentives and of course your sale pitch to items that aren't as beneficial. As in insoles that you don't really need. What "is" needed is the boot makers to make their own best insoles. I gave it three stars because how I felt Stepping foot in the store. Kinda like walking into a used car lot
Even though they have different locations, I keep coming to this store because they always have great customer service and the boots I need. Jessica showed me all the available options that had all the features I was looking for in my shoes. I will keep coming back.
