This place is dedicated to customer service. In July 2026 I had a wedding and needed my hat shaped. Their hat steamer had broken and they only had a backup handheld. They did have a sign out for no hat shaping, but they offered to help anyways. Imelda saved my wedding photos!! She did her best with what equipment they had available and the results were perfect! TL;DR: They shaped my hat without an industrial steamer. Thank you Imelda!!
