Kerri was amazing ! we went on our vacation to get new boots and for my dad to get a pair. well we ended up leaving with 7 pairs of boots and she helped us the whole time and was very patient with my dad as he’s never gotten boots before. 10/10 recommend and we will be back! amazing deals !
Kim at the Boot Factory Outlet at Pigeon Forge was truly amazing; she helped us pickup many, many pairs of boots. We had to take a picture with her as she was so memorable. Get deals but the boots are made poorly. My boys were only able to wear theirs for 2 months before having to throw them away
Sign said buy 1 get 2 free. The boots in my size were clownish I only found one boot that was tan but it wasn't real leather. As I was looking my husband started calling off the cost of the boot that started with $300. They had wide & regular medium widths. The color selection was ok if we're younger they advertised snake skin but I only saw one pair and couldn't tell what it was. My husband didn't even want to look for himself.
