I’ve been attending LeNette’s boot camp for a few years. Every day is a variety workout and challenging! LeNette ensures you are maintains proper form when performing exercises no matter the amount of weight utilizing. These workouts can be used by beginners or someone who has been working g out fir years...you will be challenged. I would recommend boot camp for anyone And if any age!!
