I been a Boot Barn customer for years now and they carry great work gear. Unfortunately Ariat has been slipping lately and I was unfortunate enough to buy one of their defective boots. In my line of work 6-9 months is average boot life. My Ariat pair lasted less than 2 months before they started leaking water inside. Boot Barn replaced them with no problem. Keep putting your customers first Boot Barn, you guys are awesome.

First time in the store and when I had some questions about the different boots, the woman who I asked was dismissive towards me. Store wasn't busy. No reason to be that way towards me.
Boot Barn is a great spot if you’re looking for quality boots and solid workwear. The selection is huge with everything from durable jobsite gear to more classic western styles and it’s easy to find something that actually fits what you need. Staff are helpful without being pushy, and they know their stuff, especially when it comes to sizing and fit. The store is clean and well organized, so you’re not digging around trying to find things. Prices can be a little higher, but the quality makes up for it.
