customer service was great and I got a great deal on a pair of thorogoods.
had the weirdest experience. a customer was kicked out with his family because apparently he matched a “description” of someone who had shoplifted before. he was wearing a hat and had a beard, if that’s the description their going based off, then they really should have done their best to make sure it’s the correct person before kicking him out in front of his family. what i’m most disgusted by is that after he had left, the manager i assume was basically gossiping like a high school girl to some customers saying that the du... read more
