I like shopping at Boot Barn.Spend over $800 today, But this store needs to improve customer service. I believe if your working in a store we’re number one service is CUSTOMER SERVICE your expected to served customers. If your Bilingual you most likely got hire to serve the customers that don’t speak the language. I hope next time I shop here service is better and employees are more friendly including the manager. Came in with my wife who was looking for a special pair of straight leg Wranglers. Isaac was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even though we have Boot Barn in Alaska, we always stop at this store when in town. Thanks for a great customer experience that isn’t seen often. Boot Barn has a great culture and it shows.
