FAFO is what comes to mind. My daughter surprised my wife for her birthday and purchased boots from the store in Bozeman (great store) on September 11th, she came home for the weekend and the boots were a Wide instead of Normal so we ran down to this store in Tukwila, we walked in, they "looked" for the normal size, came back and couldn't find. So we decided to walk around and search for another pair but ended up finding the same boots we needed, and for less money ($37 ish bucks) because they were worn once (super score), I... read more
I have to say, this review is especially meaningful because, to be completely honest, I have never been a huge fan of this particular Boot Barn location. In the past, I haven’t found the staff to be particularly friendly or welcoming. But my experience on August 30, 2026, was completely different—and I am so glad I gave this store another chance!
