Can’t speak to the other reviews here, but I had a great experience at this Boot Barn. Big shout out to Isaac and Sam who helped me with my shopping experience. Staff here is great.
First time in the store and when I had some questions about the different boots, the woman who I asked was dismissive towards me. Store wasn't busy. No reason to be that way towards me.
Boot Barn is a great spot if you’re looking for quality boots and solid workwear. The selection is huge with everything from durable jobsite gear to more classic western styles and it’s easy to find something that actually fits what you need. Staff are helpful without being pushy, and they know their stuff, especially when it comes to sizing and fit. The store is clean and well organized, so you’re not digging around trying to find things. Prices can be a little higher, but the quality makes up for it.
That's it. Never going here again. You can't even get a simple smile out of anyone who works here. They just glare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. They get upset when you seem upset and the customer service that was never there just goes completely out the door. Today, I can't count how many times the workers walked by me and just glared, but not say anything.
