I bought a few items at the Hagerstown, MD location and I must say, the young female clerk named Leila was so nice and helpful that I just hope she will be there when I return. Very pleased with Boot Barn! Please convey my remarks to Leila. She is an exceptional employee of yours.
Greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Sales people were fantastic and attentive. Store was clean and well stocked. Great prices. The church had given my husband a gift card for his birthday and so glad he found a nice pair of boots. Plus a shirt!!! Great experience.

Boot Barn attire for the first day of school. Dress & boots and shirt, jeans, & boots. Got a lot of nice clearance outfits too! Everyone is so nice and helpful and we always find something there! Hagerstown Store is our favorite!!!
First time visiting this store, went for my husband to get work boots. He was able to find a pair that he is happy with 🙏🏼 The store was well organized and clean, very “put together”. Easy to see where your size is. Lady up front was extremely nice. 💜
