The two guys working tonight were outstanding, from pulling a lost order to maximizing discounts, they both delivered outstanding customer service!! Well done & appreciated!
I bought a few items at the Hagerstown, MD location and I must say, the young female clerk named Leila was so nice and helpful that I just hope she will be there when I return. Very pleased with Boot Barn! Please convey my remarks to Leila. She is an exceptional employee of yours.
Greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Sales people were fantastic and attentive. Store was clean and well stocked. Great prices. The church had given my husband a gift card for his birthday and so glad he found a nice pair of boots. Plus a shirt!!! Great experience.
