I recently visited Boot Barn for my very first pair of boots, and I was a bit intimidated at first. Luckily, Brianna was amazing! I told her what occasion I needed them for and shared my concerns, and she found me the perfect pair. Thank you Brianna. You’re the best.!!!
The moment I walked into this store, the energy felt off. I came in to exchange a pair of boots I had received as a gift. When I brought the new pair to the front, the staff asked for the phone number associated with the purchase. I gave them the number of the person who gifted them to me, but nothing came up in their system. The employees at the front told me I had to provide a phone number in order to do the exchange.
