I came in to return a pair of boots that I literally bought a day before I came returned them and only wore for a couple hours because I couldn’t break into them and I wasn’t comfortable in them at all. I was also returning a dress that I was kind of on and off about. Yazi did recommend getting the boots stretched out, which I appreciated, but the whole interaction still felt uncomfortable. Stopped by this place on the way into town for vacation! The service and staff were all super friendly and welcoming! They had an awesome selection of both western wear and work wear and everything in between from head to toe! The value is pretty much the same across all boot barn store so if your looking for a good selection of western or work wear I recommend stopping in and seeing what they got!
