I had an amazing experience at Boot Barn! When I came in with my daughter, Jordan helped shape my hat, and it looks absolutely beautiful. The customer service was top-notch! My daughter had brought her play purse and accidentally dropped her “credit card.” A few weeks later we returned and to our surprise, Jordan had kept the play credit card behind the desk, remembered us, and gave it back to her.
