Was in there looking for my first cowboy hat and boots with no knowledge of what to look for,what sizes, etcetera. Looked at hats for 20 minutes no one came to see if I had any questions or need help. Then I went to look at boots and still no one asked if we needed helped, but I did get a have a nice day as we left

Took my 10 year old granddaughter here for her 1st pair of cowgirl boots for her birthday. Ended up buying her a pair of boots, new outfit with purse, ear rings, bracelet and belt. Our 8 year old grandson came along for the ride and ended up with his 1st pair of cowboy boots, cowboy hat, boot cut jeans, belt and shirt. Great staff, good selection of clothes, boots, etc. Pricey but worth the money and smiles on our grandkids faces
This was my first visit to a Boot Barn, and I was really impressed! The store is big, laid out well, neat, and clean. The staff were all super friendly while helping me pick out my first pair of boots and a hat.
