I took my son up here today and had a wonderful experience until I informed the employee that we aren’t purchasing just yet his grandparents wanted to come back up there to buy him his first pair of boots and some school clothes. we were just figuring out which ones he wanted and the moment he learned this, his entire demeanor changed. Amazing service! Each time I go, there is always someone eager to help me find items that suit me. I will say there were some girls the last time I went who seemed to be new hires or something that were standing around on their phones talking and laughing the whole time. They obviously worked there cause they had the name tags and all. No idea what that was about but other than that I always have a great experience here. Will be coming back😁
