Employees r great the manager not so great.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. I will say they do have a great selection but the customer service was not great. Few weeks ago I went to buy a pair of boots and the young lady who checked me out was not welcoming and was too serious, and then she started putting my boots in a plastic bag, for someone who is paying over $200 on a pair of boots she could have offered a box?? This was my first time actually going into Boot Barn, even though I’ve been in their parking lot plenty of times for car shows. Earlier that day, I had stopped by another longtime boot store in packing town—a place I’ve been shopping at since I was a kid (I’m 40 now). Not one person spoke to me.
