I came it to the store November 14,2025, was not greeted with a hello nothing. But the people that walked in after me was greeted and helped immediately. By far the worst customer service place. This place really needs to have better people working here.

Worst customer service ever, if I could give zero stars I would. Workers are rude & have no customer service abilities refused an exchange that was purchased 2 days prior. "There's some wear on the boots" half of your boots on the shelf appear that way, scoff marks on just about every single boot. Was not even asking for a return just an exchange. Manager is never available either.

The manager Hailey provided terrible customer service. I purchased my items earlier today. And requested if she could kindly pull up my receipt. She as the "Manager" said that it wasn't possible For her to look up my purchase because I paid cash and could only do an exchange. They have a record of my purchase via phone number. But refused to reprint my receipt. Thank you for your terrible customer service. I will drive to ABQ and shop at Cavender's from here on out...

We ran it for an impulse buy with 30 minutes until closing. Staff were cleaning and doing their closing procedures. I had to see out an employee. A knowledgeable person about boots, fits, socks, durability helped me for most of my questions. Thanks. Be sure to sign up for rewards.
