Haven't had boots in years and asked mom for a pair for my birthday. We went in today and I must have tried on every pair in my size - found some that fit and look great. Tracy gave us terrific customer service - she didn't hover but was somehow always handy when we had a question. She even managed to deal with the online discount QR code I mismanaged. I'm not much of a shopper so I really appreciate someone who makes the experience easy - and even fun. Thanks, Tracy!
